Arctic Monkeys will be performing at Rock A Field 2011 in Luxembourg on Sunday 26th June 2011 and will be appearing at German festivals Hurricane and Southside in 2011. Hurricane/Southside takes place between 17th-19th June 2011. In addition to these festivals Arctic Monkeys will be a headline act at Oxegen 2011. Oxegen takes place between Thursday 7th - Sunday 10th July 2011 at Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, Co Kildaire.

Arctic Monkeys are an Alternative band that formed in 2002. Arctic Monkeys debut album  Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not, released in early 2006, became the fastest-selling debut album in British music history and remains the fastest-selling debut album for a band in the UK. Since then the band have released two more albums: Favourite Worst Nightmare (2007) and Humbug (2009).
