Like the drinks at the bar – everything at The Platinum Club is just chilled.  Your one night Platinum Club VIP Pass entitles you to *pre-show complimentary food served from our uber-contemporary food stations. Our menus include a range of the med gourmet dishes, specially created by Levy’s Chefs.

• Access to our private bar providing a relaxed service within a crowd free setting.

• Pre-Show Hospitality including a sumptuous and varied menu 

• Complimentary private viewing of the exhibitions currently in residence at the BME.

• Fast track access into the Arena via a dedicated Gate a few minutes walk from the Platinum
   Club with no annual membership fees and a pre-booking facility, the Platinum Club offers the
   perfect solution to the perfect night out at The O2.

Chefs Tables

Seafood Station:-
Cold Carved in the room: Beetroot Gravadlax, Smoked Scottish Salmon, Szechuan peppered Tuna Carpaccio Served with Caper Berries, Chopped Shallots, Sieved Egg and Lemon

Served on crushed ice: Black Tiger Prawns, Red Mullet Escabeche, peppered Smoked Mackerel, Smoked Eel, Green Lip Mussels topped with a spicy gazpacho dressing, Cockles marinated in Basil Vinaigrette Served with Rustic Breads, and O2 Mary Rose Sauce, Levy Cocktail Sauce, Dill and Honey Mustard Dressing and Lemon and Lime Slices

Carvery Station:- Carved in the room:
Marinated Leg of Lamb roasted with Honey, garlic and rosemary accompanied by a Merlot and Basil Jus
Roasted Sirloin of Beef coated with Dijon mustard and a light brioche and herb crust
Fillet of Salmon en Croutewitha Dill and Saffron Cream Sauce

All of the above accompanied with the following:
Roasted new potatoes with black onion seeds and snippets of chives. Caramelised root vegetables folded into baby spinach. Petit pois ala Francais, English Mustard, Creamed Horseradish, Redcurrent Jelly and Mint Sauce

Asia Station:-
Roasted Lamb Ghost -marinated lamb cooked with spices, onions, garlic and ginger, then finished with ginger and garammasala

Goan Style Hot and Sour Vegetables -a milder flavour vindaloo with an array of exotic herbs and spices
Cooked in the room:

Thai Green Prawn Curry -cooked with lemongrass, lime leaves, thai green basil, chilli, coriander and double cream
Sauteed Coconut Chicken -cooked in a light masala sauce with coconut milk and lots of fresh coriander

All of the above served with Fragrant Jasmine Sticky Rice and Saffron PilauRice
Accompanied with naan bread, poppadoms, chapattis, cucumber yoghurt with mint, apricot chutney, lime pickles, pickled radish, and Levy Gujarati carrot salad

Dessert Station:-
Gourmet Cookies and Brownies -an assortment of our signature triple chocolate brownies, blonde toffee brownies and cookies.

Signature piled high carrot cake, Chicago Style Cheesecake, Chocolate Paradis, Bavarian Style Apple Pie.
All served with a selection of fruit coulisand freshly whipped vanilla pod cream

Crepes cooked in the room - Light pancakes cooked in front of you by our chefs and served with a selection of fruits and gelatos
