In some cases we also expect that aircraft will also have to operate to Pescara airport. Pescara airport is approximately 2 hours by coach from Rome. However, it would not surprise us that if due to congestion at the main airports in Rome, those people who go via Pescara may have an easier less stressful trip with fewer holdups at this quieter airport. These flights will operate from Manchester between 04:00 - 07:00 on the morning of the game arriving into Rome between 07:30 and 11:00. The kick off for the final is 20:45 local time so allowing for extra time and penalties, it’s likely that this game could continue until 23:30. After getting out of the stadium and taking the transfer back through to the airport, the earliest you can expect to be checking in for your return flight is realistically going to be around 01:00hrs with flights departing from 02:30-06:00 and possibly later. Transfers between the airport/city centre/stadium/airport for daytrip passengers will be provided. In our opinion, day trips are not suitable for children.   Transfer to hotel upon arrival – all accommodation on this package will be TOURIST CLASS HOTELS (Italian 3 and 4 star). The accommodation in the CENTRE OF ROME will be in hotels that are located within 4 km of the main Termini train station. Accommodation in the centre is quite basic in Rome which is surprising for such a large, renowned city but clean and tidy!
  
  The hotels in the SUBURBS OF ROME are generally set in large grounds and are of a slightly higher standard than in the centre of Rome. They are generally more spacious and have better facilities than hotels in the centre and still with a selection of bars/restaurants in the vicinity. Upon arrival at these hotels, the transfer coaches will wait approx. 1 hour and offer a free transfer into the city centre. Alternatively, you can take a taxi (approx. 25 euros) In most cases these hotels are next to a metro and for those that aren’t we will include a match day transfer.
  All of our hotels are located within 10km of the Central Termini Station in Rome and a short distance from metro stations – you can use the metro to reach the stadium but please note the nearest metro to the stadium is 1.8km.
