The Land of Song Festival is delighted to announce that internationally acclaimed tenor Maestro Andrea Bocelliwill perform a headline concert at Principality Stadium, Cardiff, on Saturday 8 May 2027.
This spectacular performance marks Andrea Bocelli’s first ever headline concert in Wales and will be one of the defining moments of the inaugural Land of Song Festival.
For more than three decades, Andrea Bocelli has captivated audiences across the globe with his extraordinary voice, selling more than 90 million records and performing at many of the world’s most prestigious venues. Now, for the first time, Welsh audiences will have the opportunity to experience his unforgettable live performance in the iconic Principality Stadium.
The concert forms part of the inaugural Land of Song Festival, a landmark celebration of collective singing taking place in Cardiff from 7–9 May 2027. Alongside Andrea Bocelli’s headline performance, the festival will bring together tens of thousands of singers for Côr World Choir and Young Voices Cymru, creating one of the largest celebrations of singing ever held in Wales.
The announcement also confirms that Côr World Choir will take place on Sunday 9 May 2027, completing an unforgettable weekend of music in the Welsh capital.
