General
The Hotel St. George has been receiving its business and leisure guests in a warm and functional environment since 1967. Our hotel is decorated in the classic "Italian Style" with interior design and furniture inspired by the art world and realised by Italian artisans using local materials.

Rooms
Our 50 guestrooms, which are all soundproof and have adjustable lighting and climate control, are divided into 7 junior and senior suites, 9 single occupancy rooms and 34 double occupancy rooms. Each room has a 32-inch LCD TV with satellite channels, mini-bar, safe and direct-line telephone. Wi-Fi connections and pay-per-view channels are present and available on request.

Dining
Our complimentary buffet breakfast offers food of the highest quality and a variety of products that will satisfy the habits and tastes of both our Italian and foreign guests. The selection includes fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, cakes, sweet and savoury rolls, Italian cheeses and salamis, omelettes, specialty breads and special traditional sweets served during holiday seasons.

Breakfast is served weekdays from 7 to 10 am and from 7:30 to 10:30 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays out of exhibition season.The café, which is only open to hotel guests, offers coffees, teas and cold drinks throughout the day, as well as evening cocktails and aperitifs.

Location
Hotel St. George is located in Viale Tunisia at no. 9 in a strategic position near Central Station (1 km away), the subway lines and the cross-town train, all of which can get you across the city in just a few minutes. We are also near Corso Buenos Aires (50 mt away), which is famous for shopping, the city centre (500 mt away) and Milan's magnificent Cathedral and Galleria.

Directions

By train arriving at Central Station:
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk or a 7-minute taxi ride from the train station. The hotel is about a 10-minute subway ride from the train station. Take the green line to the red line and exit at "Porta Venezia" or take the yellow line to "Repubblica".


From Malpensa Airport:
The "Malpensa Express Train" offers: 18 non-stop, point-to-point runs that take only 29 minutes; 58 runs that take 36 minutes with stops at the stations of "Bovisa", "Saronno" and "Busto Arsizio" (all with transfer points). The train arrives in Milan at Cadorna Station; from there take the red subway line or the blue line (cross-town train) to "Porta Venezia". The "Malpensa Shuttle Bus" runs every 20 minutes to and from Central Station and Malpensa.


Linate Airport:
The hotel is a 20-minute taxi ride from Linate Airport, which should cost about € 35.00 during the day with a surcharge at night. There is a public transportation shuttle bus (line 73 of the ATM) from Linate Airport to Piazza San Babila, from there take the red subway line two stops to Porta Venezia.

By car:
Take the bypass called "Tangenziale Est" towards the city centre [centro]; take the "Forlanini" exit from the bypass and continue towards the city centre; drive along "Viale Corsica" and then "Corso XXII Marzo" and turn right at the intersection with "Via Bronzetti"; go straight on in "Via Castel Morrone" until the intersection with "Piazza Adelaide di Savoia"; turn left and go straight on in "Viale Regina Giovanna"; drive through the intersection with "Corso Buenos Aires"; continue for about 50 metres until "Viale Tunisia no. 9".
