AO Arena Manchester - Standing

DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE
Visitors using satnav’s to reach the venue should note that the postcode for the arena is M3 1AR.

By Car – Manchester Arena is located in the city centre, on the corner of Trinity Way, Hunts Bank and Great Ducie Street, and is adjacent to Victoria Station. The easiest way to get to the Manchester Arena by car is to leave the M60 motorway at Junction 17 and follow the A56 directly to the venue.

Parking - The on-site car park is operated by the venue’s official parking partner NCP, and has a capacity of 958 spaces. On show nights, the car park is manned by an events team who work to ensure that parking at the venue is as simple and easy as possible. They conduct regular patrols of the car park and the car park also has the Park Mark award for safety. You can pre-book your parking in advance to guarantee space on the lower floors of the car park and ensure a speedy entry and exit from the car park via the venue’s direct website.

Drop Off/Pick Up - Please arrange to drop off and/or pick up away from the Arena as, due to the city-centre location and size of events, road closures and diversions may be in place at the end of an event making it difficult to return to your chosen meeting point.

By Train - Many national and local trains stop at Manchester Victoria station, right underneath the Arena. If your train arrives at Manchester Piccadilly station, the venue is a short journey away on a Metrolink tram.

By Bus - Many buses serve Cannon Street and Victoria bus stations and many more stop within easy walking distance in the city centre. If you're staying out late then Nightbus services on Friday and Saturday nights run directly past the venue. Metrolink trams call at the Victoria stop right by the venue.

By Tram - Trams run from many places in Greater Manchester and are also a handy way to get to the Arena from other places in the city centre. Manchester has a large international airport which provides easy access to the Arena. The airport is approximately ten miles from the venue and can be reached by train or bus as detailed above.
