Directions

The hotel is directly opposite Newcastle Central Station, with direct links to London King's Cross and Scotland.

Driving from the Tyne Bridge direction - Carry on along Westgate Road onto Neville Street.  Take a right turn to access our car park at the end of the first set of road works. There is a yellow County Hotel sign and arrow to assist you. If you miss this access road from Neville Street then continue straight ahead in the right hand lane, bearing right at the church then follow the diversion signs which will loop you back around to the front of the hotel.

Driving from the Redheugh Bridge direction - Follow the yellow diversion signs. Carry on straight along Clayton street to the crossroad (O2 Academy is on the corner opposite). At this point turn right. Stay in the right hand lane and carry on, passing through the crossroads (Mile Castle Pub to the left and Londis opposite). Carry on and bear right after the Long Bar. At Traffic lights bear right and stay in your right hand lane. Take a right turn to access our car park at the end of the first set of road works. There is a yellow County Hotel sign and arrow to assist you. If you miss this access road from Neville Street then continue straight ahead in the right hand lane, bearing right at the church then follow the diversion signs which will loop you back around to the front of the hotel.
