G Live Guildford - Standing
Information
G Live is a state-of-the-art entertainment, conference and hospitality venue located in the heard of Guildford. They're operated by HQ Theatres & Hospitality, which provides quality entertainment and dining, conferencing and banqueting opportunities at venues across the south of England. Their programme includes extensive live music gigs as well as a wide range of comedy, classical music, family shows and dance, ensuring there is something to suit all tastes.
Car Parking
There is ample parking within a 10 minute walk of our venue.
• G Live Car Park - immediately behind the venue. 85 spaces, including 5 for blue badge holders
• Guildford Harbour Hotel (formerly Radisson Blu Edwardian) - immediately adjacent to the venue. 120 spaces
• York Road - 7 minute walk from the venue. 605 spaces (multi-storey)
These car parks are pay-and-display car parks managed by Guildford Borough Council. They charge £1.20 per hour, and £1 after 6pm. Please note, if you arrive earlier than 6pm and want to take advantage of the cheaper 'after 6' rate, you simply need to pay the correct amound leading up to 6pm plus the additional £1. The car parks only accept change.
Arriving By Train
Guildford Railway Station is approximately a 20 minute up-hill walk to the venue. London Road Station is a three minute walk away (please note, there is no step-free access to the platform for the return trains towards London).
Train times are available from the National Rail website. There are taxi services at both stations, or you can book a taxi from the taxi hotline at the Ticket Desk before the show or during the interval.
Arriving By Bus
Guildford Bus Station is a 10 minute up-hill walk to G Live and there are a number of bus stops nearby. Bus times are available from the Surry County Council website.
Pre-Show Dining
The Mezzanine Restaurant menu has been designed to offer a fantastic selection of bistro dishes and British classics - all freshly prepared from seasonal produce. And, with the option to enjoy a dessert, drinks and coffee in the interval at your reserved table, it really adds to the enjoyment of your night. It is open from 2 hours before the start of selected shows. There are several sitting, each of which come with the option to return to your reserved table in the interval.
The Café is a great place to catch up with friends over coffee and cake, meet with colleagues outside the office, or simply to come and enjoy a light bite for lunch or before a show. There is free WiFi throughout.
