From Karup Airport From Karup Airport, taxis are available to take you directly to the Scandic Regina hotel. The journey normally takes around 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel forecourt. From Billund Airport by bus From the bus terminal outside the airport building, take the bus number 117 towards Horsens. Get off at the bus terminal in Give. Take the 3-minute walk to the train station (follow the signs). Here catch the train towards Struer, and get off at Herning. The train journey takes about one and a half hours. The Scandic Regina hotel is visible from Herning Station. It is 5 minutes walk away or 2 minutes by taxi.
